Welcome to The Polygon School

Our school has a long tradition of being able to work with pupils for whom mainstream education is not appropriate. We consider each pupil to have individual needs and therefore, the way the school works with each pupil may be different.

The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum within the framework of the National Curriculum. We have a team of dedicated Assistants who work alongside pupils, supporting and monitoring their progress.

Judging a book by its cover
by D Patchell (Teacher) - Wednesday, 22 July 2015, 1:24 AM

How many times have you judged a person by how they look, the clothes they are wearing, or how they speak?  Should we not listen to what a person says or their actions  before formulating an opinion?  Watch the video to showing an experiment to test just this.
